PETS and MINORS & PhotoGRAPHY POLICY

Well-behaved dogs on a leash are permitted on our rear patio / outdoor area where dog bowls are provided. If your pet does not play well with other dogs or humans, please do not bring them to our establishment.

Well-behaved minors (under 21) are allowed in our dancehall and tavern accompanied by parent or guardian and only until 9PM. We love dive bar babies, but unattended unruly minors make us very grumpy, especially around our vintage games and jukebox.

If you show up and start taking photos of your band, or other photos that are meant for promotion of ANY kind or if you are illegally trespassing to photograph for your wedding photos or any photos that you did not contact us for, we will be VERY grumpy. If you are a tourist and taking tourist photos with your cell phone, this is entirely different. Please contact us at info@devilsbackbonetavern.com if you are unsure of whether your photography needs permission. If you have to ask, then you likely know the answer. Please do the right thing, or you will feel the wrath…F*ck around and find out
